Crispy Tofu
Lately I have been cooking more with tofu. It is great in soups, salads, etc. but this is my favorite way to make it!
It comes out crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
Nutritional Yeast
In my video on YouTube, you can see that after marinating the tofu I added nutritional yeast.
If you have never had it before, nutritional yeast has a slightly cheesy taste and is commonly used by vegans instead of cheese. It's also really healthy for you, hence the name :)
In the recipe below, I mentioned you do not have to use nutritional yeast, but I recommend using it because it coats the tofu and allows it to crisp better.
