Almond Flour Waffles

This waffle/pancake recipe is super fluffy and perfect for a quick and easy breakfast. Make these and freeze them, pop them in the toaster or microwave in the morning, and you're good to go!

Almond Flour Waffles

This is my go to waffle recipe! They come out super fluffy and only require 6 ingredients.

I like making a double batch, freezing them, and popping them in the toaster on school mornings.

You can also use this batter for pancakes, but we all know waffles are better ;) just kidding pancakes are good too.

This recipe is gluten free and dairy free as well!

Toppings

I like putting fruit and maple syrup on my waffles. The brand of maple syrup I used is by Lakanto. It is sugar free and doesn't spike my blood sugar. I also like that it has no aftertaste.

topping ideas:

- sugar free maple syrup

-berries

-whipped cream

-chocolate chips

Tips

If you like your waffles crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside like me, put them spaced out on a cooling rack after taking out of the waffle maker.
